Complete Guide for Factory’s Sheds According to the Vastu Shastra’s Principles

Introduction

You must have seen the factory shed and heard about it! Generally, while making factory sheds, factory makers and business owners sometimes need to take care of these things, which face hindrances in the growth of the business. Through this blog, you can learn about the following things. such as

  1. What are the directions for a shed in the factory?
  2. What is the best colour for factory sheds?
  3. What are the directions for the slope of a factory shed?

You can increase the factory’s output if you read about these things carefully in this blog. If you keep the rules of Vastu Shastra in mind, you can also increase the growth of a business. So let’s know in detail about the sheds of the factory.

Types of Factory Shed Slopes

Two types of factory sheds are available in small and big sizes at the market with different dimensions. Also, sometimes it depends on the nature of your work or whether you are manufacturing because, in the big factories, slabs are not cast because of the enormous height needed. That is the only reason why factory owners and makers built sheds. So generally, you must have seen that there are two types of the slope of the shed, for example

  1. 50-50 Slope Shed
  2. Single Sided Slope Shed

-Left Side Slope Shed

-Right Side Slope Shed

Directions of Factory Shed

So, first of all, let us know the directions to the sheds in the factory. Now there are two things in this. First, make a shed according to the area if the factory is small. If the factory size is big (5, 10, and 20 acres), make a shed according to the size.

What are the best directions for the factory sheds? If the factory size is vast, the most important thing is to make a shed inside the southwest direction area of the factory. And, if the southwest direction falls short, you can also make sheds in the northwest and southeast directions. But, remember that never make a shed in the north-east direction of the factory. Instead, keep the northeast direction of the factory open.

What will happen if you don’t open the northeast area of the factory? Cross-ventilation is very good inside your factory by keeping the space in the northeast direction of the factory open. Most of the factories get very hot during the summer season.

Suppose the shed height is sufficient and the entire northeast area is empty. In that case, the cross-ventilation inside the factory is very good. The factory workers also work comfortably due to good cross ventilation. By doing this, the workers do not feel hot, and the heat does not bother workers too much. A huge plus point goes otherwise if the factory workers feel the warmth and heat. Then, the production of workers inside the factory will decrease. Therefore, it is necessary to provide facilities to factory workers.

For the factory worker’s convenience, the shed’s height is good, and the northeast area of the factory is open, so there is proper cross-ventilation. The air ventilation system is installed at some distance in the factory on the above side because it exhausts heat. However, with its help, cross-ventilation is also very good in the factory.

Even if the area of the factory is small, keep the place open in the northeast direction of the factory, and make sheds in all remaining directions. Now let’s talk about one-sided slope sheds. What is the correct slope direction for factory sheds?

50-50 Slope Shed

Now let’s come to the correct direction of the slope of the factory shed. The first is a 50-50 slope. It is possible to make 50-50 slope sheds in any direction of the factory by putting 50% pitch on one side and 50% pitch on the other. After all, the 50-50 slope automatically maintains balance on both sides due to no Vastu defect coming into the factory.

One-Sided Slope Shed

The second is the one-sided slope. There are two types of slopes in single-sided sheds.

1 Left Side Slope Shed.

2 Right Side Slope Shed.

What is the correct slope direction for factory sheds? Generally, the direction of the slope of the factory shed should be from south to north and west to east.

South to North Direction Slope

Let’s say all the rainwater falls in the north. In that case, it is good, according to the vastu principle, that the right direction for rainwater harvesting is north, east and northeast. But, if your factory shed slope is from the south to north direction, then all the rainwater is collecting in the north direction, which is good as per the vastu principle because, in this case, the slope of the factory shed is high in south direction and down in north direction.

West to East Direction Slope

Let’s say all the rainwater falls in the east. In that case, according to the vastu principle, it is also good that the right direction for rainwater harvesting is north, east and northeast. But, if your factory shed slope is from the west to east direction, then all the rainwater is collecting in the east direction, which is good as per the vastu principle because, in this case, the slope of the factory shed is high in west direction and down in the east direction.

Both these slopes, which are from south to north and west to east direction for the factory shed, are correct. Both conditions are good because the rainwater falls in the middle of the factory’s north-to-east (northeast) direction, which is stored automatically in the northeast direction.

If the slope of the factory shed is 50-50, then all the water should come through drainage in the north, east and northeast directions only. By doing this, the Vastu principle of the factory and the water element remain perfectly balanced.

The disadvantages of Wrong Directions Slopes

What is the disadvantage of making slopes of the factory sheds in the wrong direction? If the slope of the factory shed is towards north to south, it is incorrect. Why? If you store rainwater & drainage in the south direction of the factory, this can affect the southeast or southwest directions of the factory, which can hinder the growth of the business.

What will happen if you place rainwater harvesting and drainage in the southeast direction? It is wrong because the southeast is the fire zone. That is why never give any permanent water place in the fire zone because fire and water are never together. Water and fire elements are mutual enemies. A water area in the southeast increases the chances of accidents and loss in the factory and business.

Colours of Factory Shed

Now the question is, what is the best colour for the factory sheds? The cream is the best colour for factory sheds, which is also readily available. Nowadays, all colours are available in the market, whatever you want for your factory sheds. In any case, if not available, then use blue colour factory sheds. So if the slope of the shed is 50-50 and it is in the middle of the plot, it is best to apply a blue shed. Any other colour, white, off-white, or cream, these colours are also suitable for factory sheds.

Important Tip: If your factory shed is in any direction, the cream colour shed is perfect.
